you'd be a fool NOT to grab them immediately. That is about 1/3 the going price.
If you don't like them (unlikely) with very little sweat equity you could make a tidy profit.The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts.
