Perhaps I'm responding to an inside joke? But all the same:
I think they sound great. And I think you (Gerado) are on the right track. In fact you may want to go even smaller with the woofer/full range driver, cut it off at 80hz and plan to use a sub (or subs) for the very bottom end. The decision about where to cross from the woofer to the tweeter is probably driven by the sound of the woofer.
The down side to going smaller with the woofer is that you (usually) lose efficiency. The Heil tweeter is probably efficient enough to be driven by a SET amp, and you wouldn't want to have to pad it down to match the woofer.

I have heard good sounding Heil tweeters, as well. I dont know where you are going to cross it over at (probably above 1k), so a smaller driver would be my choice, too. A low cost driver that works well is the Eminence Alpha6. Around 93db sensitivity, and will go down to a bit below 100, where you would eventually want to cross over to a sub. A better driver would probibly be a Fostex, but they will cost you more. There are a lot to choose from. You can browse them at the Madisound site.
