Hello,

NYC-area Asylum inmates are invited to a meeting of DIY-oriented listeners in Westport, CT, near New York City, on August 11 (Saturday). We're aiming for 8-10 people.

Speakes and electronics of all sorts are welcome. Also, bring music.

House system:

Fertin EX20 in open baffle (midrange option 1)
twin 15" woofers on OB, active XO and biamp
Western Electric 720a drivers on 1936 vintage 150hz horns (PLLXO at 200hz) (midrange option 2)
01A-71A preamp
10Y-45 power
modified iPod serving source duties for now, could be better
turntable is on the fritz but MC phono pre available
alternate system: JBL LE8 in 50l boxes (small room)

10am-4pm scheduled, with a break for barbecue.
