You are correct that the Rethm is not a true horn, but it incorporates some properties of a horn, along with a TL, and I believe some properties in neither camp.

Same goes for the Lamhorn, another one of the most popular "RLH" designs that's also not a true horn - it is part TQW pipe from what I understand.
