Why do so many people these days get hung up on using the sub output exclusively (sacd, dvd-a or HT)?To me it's just one more adjustment on the processor to worry about--multi-channel sound is complicated enough as it is!
Personally, I would only use the LFE channel for movies anyway. Tyrying to blend a subwoofer with the mains is too tricky and worry about phase problems screwing with the bass response.
