RE: is there an ADC for RPI4?

Not familiar with the SCARLETT 212 or other pro audio USB interfaces. You'll probably find better prices but be sure they are suited for digitizing vinyl. You'll likely need your own phono preamp as the SCARLETT doesn't have one built-in.... which is fine if you already have one.

It might not need a Windows driver but most do if digitizing at 24/192 and above. None require a Mac driver even at higher sample rates.
