Some are closer than others but none I've found so far are exactly the same as the stock ones. And with every change in foam type I would also expect a change in sound.
As a Grado user I might especially lament the fact that while genuine Grados earpads cost me $30. But the $10 - $20 Asian knockoffs are both a different density and inferior sounding compared to genuine Grado earpads, so I bite the bullet on that one.
