A couple of months ago I bought the new top-of-the-line STAX SR-X9000 Omega Headphones. These things are phenomenal. I also own the SR-007MK2 headphones, and the Omega's are noticeably better -- more open and natural. All I can say is they're absolutely phenomenal. Unfortunately, they're also ridiculously expensive. I just figured I'm getting old and I want them, so what the hell! ;-)
