Favorite would be a Audioquest Cobalt or Ikko Zerda. I have also had a Audioquest Dragonfly Red. Used off of a iPhone 12 Mini and iPad powering either B&O H3, Etymotic ER2XR or ER4XR. The Audioquest Cobalt and Ikko Zerda are similar sonically. But the Cobalt is $300 + Lightning adapter and Ikko Zerda is $100 (I have the lightning to 3.5mm version, no need to have adapters).

For your application my pick would be a Ikko Zerda lightning to 3.5mm. Right now Amazon and the Ikko directly are out of stock.
