long waiting on parts

10 months ago i ordered from hificollective a M3 signature line stage
the parts come in 3 times and now i still waiting on the last parts.
I sent about 20 emails and everytime i get an email back that i will get it in a week.
this realy sucks !
i payed for a complete kit
