similar to what you get with c core output trannies

generaly more refined sound. clearer and richer. no dynamic loss

i went for super hi b as not much more in price

possibly as much to do with improvement in quality as much as what materials are used ?

i figured the fineness of my c core output transformers might be being wasted while the signal was going through lower quality interstages ?

cheaper upgrades are going to schotties on the heater supply, bg n cathode bypass and maybe trying something other than voltage regulation on heater supplies

would also like to try regulating the ps to 6SH7

what tubes do folk like for 5Y3 and 6SH7 ?
