I have an Audio Note M3 that blows fuses in one channel regularly. Just recently I started to get quite loud pops and crackles during start up which sometimes results in another blown fuse. I’ve traced the sounds to the Philips 6x5 rectifier valves which I replaced with some RCA ones. These sound better but unfortunately they blown after a short period of time. I did some surfing and found an article that suggested I should replace the capacitors that follows the valves (TSU 470uf 385v). Can anyone please confirm if I’m on the right track here?
Thanks a lot
