Try tying all the grounds together in a star pattern, terminating on the negative terminal of the RCA analog output jacks. This fixed my hum problems. I had to extend some wires to reach the negative terminals, and in fact, I should have used small terminal strips so I could connect multiple grounds wires to one terminal with out soldering a “gang” of wires to one small terminal.
To test: Remove DAC cover, turn the system on, use a alligator clip from one negative analog output terminal, and touch other ground points, and listen for the hum to stop, then connect that ground to the negative output terminal. Good luck
