DAC 1.1 kit issue

I`ve recently purchased DAC kit 1.1.
Now it`s assembled, and have one issue.
When I tested it without any input or output signals, only power on, it worked flawlessly, without any strange noises.
As soon as I connect the input signal from my cd transport I can hear a loud clicking sound from inside. It clicks 1-2 times,and afterwards DAC kit functions flawlessly.
Is it a bug or a feature?
