DAC 1.1 receiver chip q

Dear Brian,
I would like to know if the current digital board of the dac 1.1 comes with the 28pin dip header still. I saw in some of the photos that the CS8414 is mounted onto the 28pin dip header with adaptors. Is this still current ?
