i looked into doing this and took a pass for a couple of reasons. the high cost of AN silver wiring makes it not cost effective. you would also need to make sure that you use proper shielding on the wires outside of the arm for RF interference. selling your rb300 on ebay and buying an AN arm looks pretty good in comparison.if you want a more cost effective alternative you can buy a complete cardas rewire kit (uninterupted wiring like the incogneto) from parts connexion with impedance matched parts, for cheaper (1/2) than the incogneto. the performace difference from the stock rb300 is huge, and is at least as good as the incogneto. this is what i'm running for now; at least until the upgrade bug hits.
