Edwin, you made a great choice in preamps. I built the balanced line pre several months ago and have the C-cores as well. Another builder also tried the Jupiter caps like you have, and had similar good things to say about them. I am interested in how they compare to the AN copper and silver. If you do swap, please let us know what you find. About a month ago I swapped from AN copper to the silver and it took a couple of weeks for the sound to change from "thin" like you found with the mundorfs to the more complete sound I enjoy now.With so many high quality components that are known to bed in slowly (BGs, tantalums, Ccores, wire...) your sound is bound to get even better!
