Some years ago when experimenting with HE speakers I got a Cayin 300B PP integrated. I bought if from a friend who had extensive knowledge of electronics in general and tubes in particular. He also had background in recording live performances. I had full trust in him and his recommendations.
From my far more limited knowledge the Cayin looked to be very well built. I thought it sounded very musical with my Cain & Cain BEN speakers. I only changed systems because of lack of bass extension (speakers) and didn't have space to accommodate subs.
Based on mine I would recommend giving Cayin a try. But they too will be heavy.
