HI,
You are not giving us much information to go on. Fuses can be in different circuits and have different effects. Generally, they are either protecting the power supply or the output transistors.
If the fuse is clear glass, you can see if the internal element is broken (blown) but sometimes it is very hard to see. The best way is with an ohm meter, available at any Radio Shack at various prices. For this job, you don't need an expensive one.
A warning! Always replace the fuse with one of the same current rating and type. If you don't, you can make a bad situation much worse. Take the old one with you to the store. Also, fuses almost always blow for a reason. Most of the time it indicates more serious problems. Usually, it doesn't hurt anything to put a new one (same rating) in and see what happens. If it blows again, you do have serious problems.
