I'm also going to chime in on the side that these are incredibly reliable amplifiers.
I've owned three pairs of M60s, and they were all the definition of reliable and easy to use in the field.
NEVER had any problems with mine. Well, I actually had one bad tube (which is, obviously, no fault of the amplifier) that did no damage to the amp or my loudspeakers. Plugged a new one in, checked bias which was still spot on, and the rest is history.
Apart from all of this, in my opinion, the people behind the product are at least as important as the product itself. And, you will find no finer individual in this business than Ralph Karsten.
