Wendell told me that "Except for family members. Jim Winey was the single most influential person in his life." I met Jim only once, but I can attest to his magnetic enthusiasm and kindness. He was almost like a boy as he told me about his 20.1's and the experiments he was running with Audyssey (result: it worked with up to 5 panels, flaked out after that).
