Dave, for clarification, are the cap and resistor leads simply soldered onto the woofer's + and - tags, in parallel? Or in series? Or does it make no difference? The parts (Solen caps, Vishay/Mills resistors) have been ordered---only $40 total. Thanks again---Eric.
