Just try again tomorrow, they may have been snowed in or they all may have taken off to go to the RMAF and forgot to tell anyone.
Magnepan is pretty low tech when it comes to customer service. OTOH while they don't use email, voice mail, call forwarding, twitter, facebook and all the acoutrements of so called customer service, their response and help is outstanding.
