Unfortunately, the set screws I'm talking about came with knobs I bought, and are probably smaller than the Maggie screws, or else in connectors, where they're used to clamp the wire. There's no way of knowing whether they're the right size, though I suppose you could take your damaged set screws to the store and compare the size visually. But if you're looking for a quick fix, why not just pick up some banana plugs at Radio Shack? They fit in the Magnepan connectors without the set screws, at least the ones on my speakers.Another quick fix would be to go to a hardware store, and see if you can find a conventional screw with the same thread.
