Not for Maggies, but I've used a pair of original but well kept-up 275s with my Spendor BC3s for a couple of decades, happily enough that I have not sought better amps though I am probably as much an upgrade bugger as the next guy.

BTW, Mc's specs were always very conservative: each of mine can output approx. 190 mono watts.
