While at Home depot get 1/4 inch luan cut to size to protect the mylar side before you wrap in bubble wrap. This will provide puncture protection which the bubble wrap is not very good at.
or they seel some thin stiff styro insulation you could put in between the panels back to back.
the safest is to by a new box from maggy about $50 plus shipping
