I was not looking for a pair of two-ways, but i've suddenly been offered a pair of Quad S-1 speakers at a really good price. It was an out-of-the-blue sort of thing. I love ribbons, and the small woofer should offer good dispersion. There would be no sub at first. They should fit my small apartment living room very nicely.
