Very nice! I have the original early Marshall Stanmore speaker that runs off AC power which is fine around the house. It's a great sounding speaker that I now use while working in the garage.

Best time is morning on the deck with coffee and radio.

This was at a friend's cabin in the mountains a couple weeks ago. Temps were mild 70's while it was in the 90's around the
Denver suburbs. Hot again this week. Wish I were up at the cabin!

It's the smaller Marshall. Had it for three of four years now. It's rechargeable and runs for many hours. I power the RPI with a portable battery for use on the deck and it too goes for many hours. Great sound.

Nice. I haven't kept up with their product line, posted on June 25, 2024 at 14:32:38

Based on the Stanmore sounding so good I would definitely look into Marshall's current offerings in portable battery powered speakers.

I think it would run for a week, without a recharge...
