Well, I guess there is a limit to how many times people can complain about a review of an "overpriced" speaker that doesn't extend to the bottom octave.

I think Tekton's response has merit. I do not think I want a ruler flat speaker.

- It would probably sound too bright for me on a lot of recording.
- If it measured flat in the measuring environment at some distance, odds are in your room it will not.
- There are a lot of speaker designs out there and I think the designers know what their customers want.


Confession - I own and really like my Tekton Lore's (nor Lore mini) in my bedroom system.

If the speakers aren't flat then how would you know what to tweak to get the "sound" you want?
It's like wearing rose colored glasses while you paint.
