Fuse upgrade at iec inlet - audiophile network switch

Would be most grateful for any feedback on fuse upgrade with audiophile network switches between router and streamer/dac. Any audible differences on such a device?

  Fuse in the switch is generic ...-and no I haven't tried changing directions. I'm basically curious if an upgrade to a better grade aftermarket fuse could even make affect the sound ...- since it's not a device such as an amp or source equipment. I've experimented with aftermarket fuses on my int amp and source before with noticeable effect.

    All fuses are directional, even generic fuses.
