No quiet outlet in the whole house

I tested nearly every outlet in the house. The quietest outlet still reads 80-ish. I'm not sure if the EV chargers at my neighbors' houses are causing the elevated line noise level. Maybe I just have to live with it.

sounds like you need to either get Solar with a battery - the Inverters provide some very nice regulation, and should be quieter-
Otherwise a regenerative Power conditioner-
there is something in the wiring of your home that is noisy.
This could be coming from many different sources - including the transformer down or up the line from your house...

Depending on the age of your house wiring, it could be anything. A dedicated line could help if you don't already have one for the system.
