Hi @Fluter,

I was alerted by @1973shovel that you can't get to our site. We are alive and well...we moved our domain to a new host company last weekend and the change has to migrate to all nameservers around the globe. Apparently there are some that are not updated. I can get to the site from here and we got an order from Italy yesterday. Maybe you can take a holiday to Sassari to order? ;-)

Also https://www.partsconnexion.com/ in Canada carries our products.

Partsconnexion's site is now an unmitigated disaster... so if you can, just pass along the new IP of your site so we can skip DNS altogether.

  Unfortunately it's a shared host so the IP won't take you there.
  
  I agree about Parts Connexion, they have some work to do. I managed to get a search query that gives our parts but it may be their old site:

  It doesn't work without the "www." prefix.
  
  Sorry for the trouble! Google sold their domain management system to SquareSpace so we moved our domain and it's been somewhat of a hassle.

    I'm not sure why DNS has not propagated, it's been a week now. I lowered the TTL from 4 to 2 hours to see if it helps. Here is an overview:

    I doubt it will help but you can try clearing your local DNS cache:

        I'll sometimes send an email to someone and write, "Let me know if you don't get this" on the bottom.

Still not (yet) resolving from my DNS inquiries unfortunately. But good to know its just an internet thing causing some grief. And thank you for clueing us in!
