I have Marantz 7 for years and seeking an upgrade to Design by Mr. K PPA-01 passive linestage.
Most of my fellow friends are highly recommended the Decware ZP3 and they claimed that the unit shares lots of similarities between both Marantz phono stage and one in ZP3 in terms of sounds Nd circuit.
What do you think?
None of the schematics I have seen for the Marantz 7 "inspired" phono stages truly resemble the classic circuit. They are using the Marantz 7 as a marketing hook.
The Marantz uses feedback to execute the RIAA de-emphasis.
If you want something similar as implied by your post, why not just have your Marantz 7 properly refurbished and updated?

I found a piece on the market and it is well built, the circuit is pretty the same.
Besides being comprised of all single-ended triodes, what makes the ZP3 desirable
is the complete absence of negative feedback which is typically used to accomplish
the RIAA equalization. Instead the ZP3 uses a passive RIAA network between the two
12AX7 gain stages.
Above is from the Decware site; link is below. Very different from the Marantz circuit.
