The 6ca7 is a beam power tube designed to be a direct replacement for a EL34 true pentode.

I can't help you with the 600, mine is broken.:-(

Hi Tre. Yeah, i was double checking on the el34. But, I was hoping someone has the setup info for the 6550. cheers..

    Thanks. I also found that settup in a Gooogle search . It is always better info if someone from the group has experience with that use but it seems like the settings you have given will be good enough . best regards, Dak
