  I'd call your link misleading at best.
  
  For low output impedance applications, the plate resistance is typically between 2kΩ to 5kΩ.
  
  In some configurations, the plate resistance can be around 15kΩ to 18.75kΩ.
  
  
  
  I don't think you can have your cake and eat it in this situation.
  
  Graphically from the Sheet linked by PJ, I'd ignore the 2kΩ to 5kΩ and side with the 15kΩ to 20kΩ range.
