If you are 3db down at 14Hz then you are 1db down at 28Hz with phase shift all the way to 140Hz.
If you want (and some people don't) 20Hz totally un-disturbed by the high pass filter, then the 3db down point of that filter needs to be 2Hz.
Same is true at the other end. If you want 20kHz un-disturbed by a low pass filter, then the -3db point needs to be 200kHz.

I found this web and the author actually put 4.7uf for output coupling, and increased the other coupling value to 1.2uf
I decided to use 0.22uf. Thanks all!
