Good points? Many, (I especially Nos. 3,4,and 9).
But like all purely subjective reviewers his comments lack backbone. This comes into focus on Nos.5 & 6.

No, they are not. We need look no further than Purifi and Hypex amplifiers for example ... that is, unless you like distortion.

OK, no, people who spend vast amounts on hi-fi equipment aren't idiots, (not at least unless they don't start with vast amounts of money to spend). The folks with vast amounts of money are perfectly entitled to spend it as they choose and may do so on hi-fi equipment for any of the reasons people buy luxury goods.

I especially agree with #9.

Well, 'cause...

Lot's of things (too?) many wish to be true gets them out of bed in
the AM or maybe early afternoon IF it even gets them out of bed.

Far as the Hi Fi Community aspect, he's got it pretty well tuned in.

Far as #8, I'm more at 80/20 but try and make that 20% count as much as my budget/space allows.
