In the past, I have difficulties to strip the insulation of Teflon wires. I damaged a few expensive wires. I found there a tool for this purpose. It is kind of expensive. But if you do lot of DIY, it may deserve the investment. I bought one anyway.

I worked for a company that used PTFE jacketed wire in 12 to 18 gauge. None of the automatic type strippers worked on it as the insulation was to slippery for it to grab. PTFE wire is more expensive than FEP but has better ratings for how it was used in our products.
The quality of connections was critical so stripping wire without nicks was important. Generally we used good quality hand strippers from Klein or Ideal and replaced them frequently when they started to dull. Having a sharp cutting edge is important.
They have different part numbers with different gauge sizes. This one should fit your requirement.
I do see that the unit you highlighted specifically calls for Teflon silicone and rubber
I have used the Klein unit even recently on silicone and teflon internal crossover/speaker wire with success. But those are fairly medium gauge so may not have success on gauges you are referring to

I tried it on a Kimber Wire TCSS 19awg wire. It stripped well. It will save me a lot of headache.
