Yes, That would be a good match IMHO. I personally would not go with that Grado as I have owned the Platinum ($300) and Sonata ($500) and did not find the higher cost justified.The ARC SP-16 is a fine all around preamp that has warmer character than the last few years of ARC's offerings. I personally think it hearkens back to the SP-8 kind of sound. Very Nice!
Others are justified with the advice of going with a Dynavector if you are going to throw down $800 for a high output cartridge.
