Admittedly, I was a bit unfair to T&T orginal post. There was some a question about how to upgrade a vinyl rig to match his experience with vinyl.

Me, I still have in my house lps, cassettes, 8 tracks and compact discs. I not longer have equipment to play back the 8 tracks or cassettes. More often than not I listen to the lps because "I" enjoy them. And, I say, each to his own as to what he or she enjoys.

Also, I enjoy this forum for the information, advise and support given to those who enjoy playing and listening to vinyl. For me the great debate is futile. Listening is a subject pleasure and the individual will decide which is right, and which is an illusion.

BTW, many thanks to your expertise and many many helpful posts and info in the FAQ.
