It looks exactly like some head-shells I bought 15 years ago without the Carbon Fiber insert.

The ones I bought were about 10 bucks and weren't made all that well, they were just OK. I don't have any anymore, gave them away.

So the magic is in the CF insert? Balderdash. Just buy thin layers of CF and make your own

How much for these? $40-50$ each today?
