If you have a preamp that can handle low-output moving coils, I would highly recommend an Audio Technica AT33EV. I own one and it provides a pleasing warm sound quality. Another low-output moving coil in your price range is a Denon DL-301/II. Both are very good cartridges, but I prefer the Audio Technica.
Thirty years ago I switched to low-output moving coils because I thought they sounded better than moving magnets, but they require a high-gain phono stage that can amplify their low-output. If you want to continue with moving magnet cartridges, I'm sure you will receive some excellent recommendations from other inmates here in the Vinyl Asylum.
Good luck,
John Elison
