I have the 645's with KSU2. I too tried them out with a sub at 100 HZ and did not like it. then I bought a Marchand XM9 and tried 60Hz and it was great. The higher crossover reduced the effort of lower bass driver from the 645 dirvers and increased detail and clarity. also with HT it gives a better performace.
