Does Using Blackgate L-Pairs Negate Bypass Cap?

Does the "enhanced" frequency response of using L-canceling pairs in a coupling situation negate the bypass cap?
I would like to replace a 10uf coupling cap and a 0.47uf bypass with just a pair of 4.7uf BG N's. Any downside?
