I do believe the Room Lens is patented by Argent. What this means in practical terms is that an individual can build some for his own use, but may not sell them to others. One of those gray areas would be selling a kit of parts that would supply all the necessary materials, all ready to assemble. At this point one should seek legal counsel.Jon Risch
