Jon, you must be clairvoyant. I just got a capacitance meter and am setting out to do some capacitance measurements of some interconnects. I see measurements of both series and parallel capacitance of interconnects bandied about. I presume that the measurement you described is the parallel capacitance? Is series capacitance measured with a resistor in series with the IC? What value should be used? Thanks
