I have had some fun looking for the perfect 'spoon'.
I checked Home Base, found that Farberware measuring spoons ($4.99 set)are a sturdy, smooth and a perfect even half-sphere shape. You need 3 sets but, it gives you 4 sizes for large to small jobs. I molded a set of tablespoon size into a latex, lead shot mix. May play with aluminum with the smaller spoons I have left in the set.
