Difficult problem. Most jfets work at or below 50V. There are exceptions. I don't have any modern part numbers at hand, sorry. I will try to check and see if I overlooked something. Come to think about it, there are some 'oddball' fets that are specifically made for this type of service. You might do a 'Google' and an 'Overture' search for high voltage jfet. You might get something.
