I do not know the crossover frequency as I only have the speakers and no info on them. I replaced 2 caps one was definately marked 34uf the other was not marked 12uf but thats what was suggested to me to be used because of the writing upon it (the thread link is below). However regardless of the crossover point I would think that there should be at least something coming out of the woofer.
