These are the main modes.

According to the dimensions you gave and I worked from there seem to be multiple modes all centered around 70 to 75Hz.

Doubtful. It's low enough that when Auto Q works at all it is omited.

It will do so, but not at the kind of degrees you seem to have.

I recommend no more than 6db BOOST. Attenuation much greater than 6db on graphic EQ is not recommended as it suggests a problem elsewhere, but does cause any problems I am aware of.

No idea. This is a simple relative setting and depends upon the rest of the system.

Also, a little "curve wriggle" is normal at very low frequencies even with 1s holdtime and pink noise.
